Welcome to AutomationMoxie. By accessing or using automationmoxie.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AutomationMoxie provides access to an automation platform powered by n8n, allowing users to design, run, and manage automated workflows that connect third-party services and systems.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe upon the rights of others

  • Transmit malicious code, malware, or exploit attempts

  • Abuse system resources or attempt to bypass security controls

  • Process data you do not have the legal right to use

AutomationMoxie reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or abuse.

4. User Responsibility for Data and Workflows

You are solely responsible for:

  • The data processed through your workflows

  • Ensuring you have authorization to connect third-party services

  • The configuration, execution, and outcomes of automations

AutomationMoxie does not validate, review, or guarantee the correctness of workflows or their results.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, or services. AutomationMoxie does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability

  • Data handling practices of third parties

  • Changes or outages caused by third-party providers

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and infrastructure associated with AutomationMoxie remain the property of AutomationMoxie unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of your workflow logic and data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Merchantability

  • Accuracy or reliability of results

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomationMoxie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or business disruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutomationMoxie from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

AutomationMoxie may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Google OAuth and Google User Data

AutomationMoxie’s Service may use Google OAuth to authenticate users and access Google services (such as Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google APIs) as explicitly authorized by the user.

Limited Use of Google User Data

AutomationMoxie’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • Google user data is accessed only to perform the automation functions explicitly configured by the user.

  • Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

  • Google user data is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties except as necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations.

Data Processing and Storage

  • Google user data is processed only as required to execute user-defined workflows.

  • AutomationMoxie does not store Google user data beyond what is necessary for workflow execution, logging, or troubleshooting, unless explicitly configured by the user.

  • Any temporary data stored for operational purposes is retained for a limited duration.

User Control and Revocation

Users may revoke AutomationMoxie’s access to Google services at any time through their Google Account security settings. Revocation may limit or disable related automation functionality.

Compliance

AutomationMoxie affirms that:

  • Google user data is handled securely.

  • Access scopes are limited to the minimum required for the intended functionality.

  • The Service complies with Google’s OAuth and API usage requirements.
